I love newborn shoots with the little ones – no two sessions are never the same. You have to be patient and flexible in your approach and work around the needs of both parents and baby.
 

A newborn session ensures you have memories of your little one all curled up, with their rolls & wrinkles. They grow fast and I love capturing all these delightful details before they grow and change is best done when they are between 6 and 14 days old

All newborn photography session are held in the studio with a relaxed and comfortable atmosphere, so you can sit back and relax. Here's what else you can expect from the session.

DURATION

Here your baby is in charge, and because they are all different, I allow up to three hours for the session. I look out for and listen to your baby's cues based on my experience. It's extremely important to me that we ensure both the safety and comfort of your baby throughout the session.

WHAT TO BRING

All you need to bring to the session is yourselves. Although I have all the necessary props, if you have something special you would like to incorporate, you are welcome to bring that along.

BOOKING 

Please contact me before your baby arrives to secure a booking. I simply pencil in a date for a week after you're due, then you contact me when baby has arrived and we shuffle the date to ensure your session is held in those first 2 weeks.  Sometimes that isn't possible, but be assured newborns can be photographed up to 6 weeks of age.

We will discuss the type of shoot you want, lifestyle or posed with wraps and props. If lifestyle these are taken in your home and extra travelling cost will be added.
